Our agency was developed in
1999 as the result of a merger of two long established agencies; Leonard
E. Summers Ins., founded by Leonard E. Summers in 1956, later changing
the name to Summers & Hanes Ins., Inc., and Jerry E. Norris Ins., started by Jerry in 1966, after conversation with his
insurance agent at the time; Leonard Summers. Obviously, Leonard lost an
account.
Years
come and go, and many changes take place. In 1956 & 1966 our
founders did not even dream of the Internet and how the market would
change, but we feel that one thing never changes and that is SERVICE. We
know there are many avenues a client can take to secure a quote, via 800
numbers, etc., but will you be able to depend on the service when
the unexpected happens regardless of how serious the claim may be. We
can assure you we will be there every step of the way.
